Sven’s heart is rooted in the woods. Being raised in the South of Holland, he always visited places where wild animals lived. Despite wanting to become a vet, life led him in the direction of becoming a psychologist, helping people as a leadership trainer. After working in the business world, managing his own consultancy firm for over 20 years, the spiritual world called for him. Around 2005 he changed his path, following his calling as a shaman. He sold his house and company, and dedicated his life to the inner nature of mankind.

As a psychologist, consultant and shaman he has explored many worlds. He was looking for portals to connect with the source of life. One of the most amazing portals given to him is the gate of dreaming. He loves to teach about dream reflection, since the brilliance in the dream world is mind blowing, and brings him in a state of ‘awe’. He wrote a book ‘Dream on’ about the forgotten art of (dream) reflection.

  • What is Inner Peace for you?
    Feeling grounded
  • Could you describe your most peaceful moment/situation?
    Ceremony in the desert
  • What experience taught you the most in your life?
Being a mother, raising my sons
  • What was the most valuable piece of advice that you received?
To listen to my inner wisdom
  • Who/What is your biggest teacher?
    Horses
  • What do you do when you have a bad day?
I get in my car turn up the volume and cry
  • If you could wake up tomorrow having gained one quality or ability, what would it be?
I would love to be able to sing
  • What is your funniest/most defining/most beautiful characteristic?
My ability to ‘see’ symbolic message

To Sara, the world of symbols and magic has always been with her. From a young age she was aware of the immense transformational power of symbols, and how the universe speaks to us in symbols. She became dedicated to helping people listen to these messages through her teachings and coaching. Being raised in the art studio of her mother, the magic of art creation met with her dedication to help people: as an art curator she helped artists to make their art speak.

When she mastered the art of dream reflection after an intense training of six years, she became aware that there is a whole dimension waiting for us when we are able to reflect. As an executive coach she has helped many leaders with the simple notion that, when we start to reflect, we become more mature and responsible humans, we become awake and aware, and humbled by the brilliant magic of life. As a dream shaman she teaches about the crossing point between the ‘horizontal’ and the ‘vertical’, and guides people towards this simple centered grounding in the magic of the here and now.Together, Sven and Sara teach dreamers to open the amazing gifts they receive at night. Apart from these programs they guide people in shamanic ceremonies with the power of plants, dreams and animals. Their life motto ‘Get real, life’s a miracle’ is the perfect summary of what they believe they are here for: to get real and enjoy the miracle.
